Returns & refunds
Returning your order:
If you want to return your full order, your delivery charge will be refunded (excluding the UK standard delivery charge). We will credit your account usually within a couple of working days of us receiving back your returned goods. You are entitled to a refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of receipt. It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you have kept all of the original packaging and labels, and that it is undamaged and unused.
Missing, incomplete or damaged goods:
If your order arrives to you damaged please let us know as soon as possible within 10 days of receipt. If your request is outside 10 day then please contact our customer service team on 0114 2858081. If you order hasn’t arrived or has arrived incomplete please contact our customer service team. If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on 0114 2858081.
We will refund you once we have received back the goods you have returned to us. The credit may take a couple of working days to show up in your account.
